Prop Radar FAQ
Direct answers to the questions people ask about Prop Radar — how props are ranked, what the scores mean, which sports and sportsbooks are covered, and what the free and Pro tiers include.
What is Prop Radar?
Prop Radar is a player-prop research platform for NFL, MLB and WNBA. It evaluates the player props posted for the current slate using performance data, sportsbook lines, matchup context and probability analysis, then ranks them so research starts from a short ordered list.
Prop Radar is a research tool. It does not accept wagers and does not place bets on your behalf.
How does Prop Radar rank player props?
Each prop gets a projection for the player in that market, a probability of clearing the posted line, and a comparison against the probability implied by the price. Those readings, together with the reliability of the underlying data, produce the score the board is sorted by.
What is Prop Radar Rank?
Prop Radar Rank is a prop's position on the board after every evaluated prop has been scored and sorted. Rank 1 is the prop that scored highest for the current slate, not the prop with the longest odds or the shortest price.
What is Spot Score?
Spot Score is the composite number behind the ranking. It combines how far the projection sits from the posted line, the probability at that line, the price on offer and how much data stands behind the projection.
What are Top Spots?
Top Spots is the shortlist of props that clear Prop Radar's qualification criteria for the current slate. It is intentionally short, and when nothing qualifies the list is empty rather than padded with weaker props.
Which sports does Prop Radar support?
Prop Radar currently covers NFL, MLB and WNBA player props. Coverage follows the seasons, so a sport with no games on the slate shows an empty state. NBA markets are part of the board's sport list and appear when that season's props are live.
Which sportsbooks does Prop Radar support?
Lines come from the sportsbooks available in Prop Radar's odds feed, and each card shows which book posted the line being evaluated. The board can be filtered down to the books you actually have accounts with.
Does Prop Radar place bets for me?
No. Prop Radar never places, accepts or settles a wager. It produces research you take to whichever sportsbook you use, and it holds no funds of any kind.
Is Prop Radar a sportsbook?
No. Prop Radar is not a sportsbook and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any sportsbook, league or team. Sportsbook names appear only to identify where a line was posted.
What is the Parlay Grader?
Parlay Grader is a tool inside Prop Radar that reviews a parlay or slip you already have. It analyses each leg and reports the slip's risk, projected versus implied probability, weak points and available alternatives.
How does the Parlay Grader work?
You submit a slip — including by uploading a screenshot of it — and the grader reads the legs, matches each one to its market and line, evaluates them individually, then reports on the combination as a whole, including correlation between legs.
What are HR Spots?
HR Spots is specialized MLB home run research, not a generic prop list. It ranks batters by home run likelihood using batter power, the opposing pitcher's home run risk, park factors, weather and lineup state, and it tracks how those calls resolve.
Can I compare props across sportsbooks?
Yes. Because books post different lines and prices for the same player, each card shows the book alongside the line, and the Prop Board can be filtered to a chosen set of sportsbooks.
Does Prop Radar guarantee a prop will hit?
No. Probabilities are estimates of long-run frequency, not promises about a single game. A prop estimated near 65% is expected to miss roughly one time in three, and injuries, game script and variance can break any projection.
How much does Prop Radar Pro cost?
Prop Radar Pro costs $2/week, billed as a recurring weekly subscription that you can cancel at any time from Settings.
What is included with Prop Radar Pro?
Pro unlocks every Top Spot, the complete Prop Board with all filters, HR Spots, Build My Slip, Results tracking across supported sports, My Picks, and unlimited Parlay Grader runs with saved history.
Can I use Prop Radar for free?
Yes. Browsing the ranked slate is free, and a free account reveals the complete prop, direction, projection, hit probability and analysis for the first two Top Spots — the same detail Pro members see on every spot.
